Chocolate Crackles
Ingredients
3 Tbsp cocoa powder
50g butter
4 Tbsp honey
80g puffed rice (ie rice bubbles)

Variations
For a bit of variety try adding:
3 Tbsp cocoa powder
50g butter
4 Tbsp honey
80g puffed rice (ie rice bubbles)
Method
- Pour puffed rice into a large bowl.
- Place butter and honey in a small saucepan and stir over a low heat until melted.
- Stir in cocoa a tablespoon at a time, mix well.
- Pour chocolate mixture over puffed rice, mix well ensuring puffed rice is evenly coated.
- Spoon mixture into patty tins or press into a 20x20cm fudge tin, then leave to cool.
- Once cool, place in fridge for at least an hour to harden.
Variations
For a bit of variety try adding:
- Sugar free marshmallows
- Sugar free choc chips
- Cherries
- Apricots
- Dried fruits
