Dark Chocolate Sauce
Ingredients:
100 g cocoa
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp corn flour
500 ml full cream milk
Method:

Method:
- Melt cocoa and honey together in a small pan over low heat.
- Once melted slowly stir in milk.
- Place corn flour in a cup and spoon out some of the chocolate milk.
- Stir the chocolate liquid in, to make a paste.
- At extra spoonfuls, making sure there are no lumps each time, until there is about half a cup full of corn flour and chocolate milk.
- Tip this mixture into the pan.
- Keep stirring until the chocolate sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and pour over your favorite sponge pudding.
