Sucrose Free Living is based in Australia. Most ingredients in our recipes can be sourced anywhere in the world, however some may have a slightly different name.

Why is there new recipe pictures being added to your Facebook page, but we aren't getting the recipes here?
We are in the process of creating a recipe book. A lot of time is being put into creating great tasting recipes for you all to try. Every recipe must be tried and tested before it makes the cut for the upcoming recipe book. As it takes a lot of time to upload the recipes to the site, we are concentrating on the creation side at this point to make the process quicker. Keep an eye out, the first addition should be ready soon.

It is a hard road to finding information about sucrose intolerance. Unfortunately not much research has been on the condition. However there is a study being conducted in America at the moment, so hopefully that will produce some helpful information for us.
You will note on the side bar a Food List, this is a basic list of foods given to me by my dietitian, you will need to get a list specific to your level of intolerance and foods that are available in your local area.
If you haven’t already I suggest joining the Yahoo support group, they are a wealth of information from parents and adults with the condition. You will find a list of links to useful sites and groups on the Links page.
