INGREDIENTS
1 egg white
3/4 cup Glucose Syrup
1Tbsp Vanilla Essence
METHOD
1 egg white
3/4 cup Glucose Syrup
1Tbsp Vanilla Essence
METHOD
- Combine egg white and glucose syrup in double boiler
- Cook for 7 minutes, beating continually with egg beater
- Remove from heat and add vanilla
- Beat until mixture stands in peaks
- Add flavoring essence for that extra zing if desired
