Jam Tarts
Ingredients
One batch of pastry from basic recipe section
250 g of sugar free jam [any flavor of your choice]
Method
One batch of pastry from basic recipe section
250 g of sugar free jam [any flavor of your choice]
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Grease a tart tin and set aside.
- Roll pastry out on a lightly floured surface.
- Carefully cut circles into your pastry with a round a cookie-cutter.
- Put circles into holes of the tart tin and press down gently.
- Put 1 teaspoon of jam into each pastry case.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until pastry is crusty and golden brown and the jam is bubbling away inside.
- Cool and serve.
