Pancakes
Ingredients
1 cup self-raising flour
1 cup milk
1 egg
Agave nectar to taste (optional)
Method
NB: If you happen to over stir the mixture and they turn out rubbery, dissolve a teaspoon of bi-carbonate soda in a glass with a tablespoon of hot water, then mix into batter. This will aerate the mixture again making them light, fluffy and delicious.

1 cup self-raising flour
1 cup milk

Method
- Preheat a non stick fry pan
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl til just mixed
- Lightly grease fry pan with butter or cooking spray
- Cook to desired size, usually a large spoonful, til bubbles burst on the surface and the edges go dry
- Turn and cook other side til golden brown
