Ingredients:
400 g plain flour
200 g soft margarine
1 tablespoon cold water
Method:
400 g plain flour

Method:
- Place margarine in a medium bowl and gently fork in 1 tablespoon plain flour and 1 tablespoon cold water.
- Mix with fork until a paste is formed.
- Slowly add the rest of the flour until you have a pastry like dough.
- Wrap dough in cling film and place in fridge to chill for about an hour.
