Scones
Ingredients
250g Self raising flour
2 Tbsp granulated sweetener
60g butter
Pinch of salt
200 ml milk
For The Topping:
Whipped cream
Strawberry jam
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 deg C
2. Place dry ingredients in a bowl then rub in butter
3. Stir in milk until a good dough is made
4. Grease a baking sheet
5. Lightly flour a surface then roll out dough to about three-quarters of an inch thick
6. Cut circles with a scone cutter to the desired size
7. Place on baking sheet and brush with a little milk
8. Bake for up to 15 minutes until golden brown
9. Serve warm or cold with strawberry jam and whipped cream

Blackcurrant Jam and Cream Cheese
