Shortbread
Ingredients:
150 g of butter
4 tablespoons granulated sweetener
200 g plain flour
Method:

Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Place butter into a large bowl and mix with granulated sweetener.
- Beat until light and fluffy, slowly stirring in plain flour until it almost becomes like a pastry dough.
- Just a clean surface with a little flour and roll out pastry to about 2 cm thick.
- Slice into fingers, then place on a greased baking sheet and put into the fridge for about half an hour.
- Remove from fridge and place on center shelf of oven, bake until they begin to turn golden brown, usually about 20 minutes.
- Leave to cool completely and enjoy.
