Spaghetti Bolognaise
Ingredients
500 g of mince
2 sprigs of Shallot's
1 spring onion
1/8 cabbage
1 cup water
2 cups uncooked pasta
pinch of salt
Method
500 g of mince

1/8 cabbage
1 cup water
2 cups uncooked pasta
pinch of salt
Method
- Brown mince in a frying pan.
- Chop Shallot's, spring onion and cabbage, then add to mince.
- Stir mince whilst adding water, allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cook pasta it in a pot of boiling water or 8 minutes.
- Drain pasta and place on serving dish, add mince, sprinkling salt and cheese if desired on top.
