Sugar and Obesity
Ask anyone, and they will tell you that if you want to loose weight then you need to cut out the sweets and fats. To a person that has a sweet tooth this can be very overwhelming if not impossible, the same could be said for the fats. Now for me that was a no brainer, being intolerant to sugar gave me that bit more incentive to quit then most. However a friend of mine also decided to give up the sugar after seeing how well I had done, he has lost 20kgs to date. For him it was a little harder, as he did not have that added incentive, plus living with 2 other people that also love their sweets. After a bit of helpful advice he was well on his way.

They are generally the overweight people ordering the fatty and sugary foods for their lunch that will not fill them up for very long. Take note of where all the skinny people are having lunch... Most will be eating sushi or sandwiches with non sugary drinks and passing on the desserts. Makes you wonder why this is such a common occurrence. The reason... Sugary and fatty foods are addictive and get stored as fat within the body leading to obesity.
